1. What is a Boss B Natural Subscription Box?

A monthly subscription will get your well deserved dog a box of specially selected goodies to your door step, without you having to think about it.  We can tailor make your box to suit you and any special dietary requirements your dog has!


2. When Will my Payment Be Taken?

Your payment will be taken on the 1st of every month. If you subscribe on the 15th of the month for example, you won't be charged until the 1st of the next month.


3. When Will My Box Be Delivered?

Boss B Natural will dispatch your box on the first week of every month. You will be emailed when your box has left our HQ. For UK subscriptions, expect your box to arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch. For International orders, you can expect your box within 7-11 working days. 


4. Do Delivery Charges Apply?

Delivery is free! 


5. I've Signed Up, But I Haven't Received a Confirmation Email?

All confirmation email's are sent manually by our team, so if you haven't received your email within 2 working days of subscribing, please email and we can check this for you. You will also receive an email directly from GoCardless in regards to your direct debit.


6. My dog is Sensitive to Certain Types of Treats / Has Allergies, Can I still Subscribe?

Absolutely! Boss B Natural will create your very own special box with treats that your dog will love, leaving out what they can't / won't eat! Just send us an email over on with your dogs needs, and we'll make sure to filter your box! 


7. How Do I Subscribe?

Simply click here, choose the type of box you would like to subscribe to, and then click that link for your direct debit to be set up! 


8. Why Does My Statement Say "GoCardless" When You Take Payment?

GoCardless is the organisation that we use for our subscriptions, you will see our brand name: Boss B Natural LTD as the reference. If you require more information, just give us an email on


9. I Need to Change Postal Address on my Subscription, How Do I Do That?

That's easy! Simply email us at with the new postal address information, and we'll get this changed for you!


10. I Need to Change My Card Details on my Subscription, How Do I Do That?

You will need to contact GoCardless directly to do this. You can either get in touch with their Support team via phone who will be happy to update the bank account you’re making payments from updated for you. If you would like to do this, please call the GoCardless Support team on 020 7183 8674.
Alternatively, you can cancel your current Direct Debit authorisation and complete a new authorisation form with your new bank details. If you would prefer to do this, please get in touch with Boss B Natural at and we'll cancel your subscription for you, and then you can re-subscribe via our Subscription page here.


11. How Do I Cancel?

If you decide the Boss B Natural subscription isn't for you, just email us at and we'll cancel your subscription for you. It may take up to 1 week for the cancellation to take place, so please do email us asap!
